If your chain arrives and the length is wrong for you, we will shorten or extend it once within 90 days of delivery at no charge, including return shipping. This applies to standard chains only, engraved pieces, custom-sized orders, and limited-edition drops are excluded. Email care@maisonaero.com with your order number and the target length. We return the adjusted piece within 10 business days.

Necklaces
45cm sits at the collarbone, 50cm rests just below, 55cm falls at the upper chest, 60cm falls mid-sternum. For pendant pieces we recommend 50cm. If you are between lengths, size up, chains shorten visually under a shirt.

Bracelets
Measure your wrist with a soft tape just below the wrist bone. Add 1cm for a snug fit, 1.5cm for a relaxed drape. Standard sizes: 17cm (S), 19cm (M), 21cm (L). If you are between sizes, size down, titanium does not stretch and a loose chain reads sloppy.

Rings
We use US ring sizing. Quick conversion: US 6 ≈ EU 51.5, US 8 ≈ EU 57, US 10 ≈ EU 62, US 12 ≈ EU 68. The most accurate measurement comes from a jeweler with a sizing mandrel. For a home method, wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. Email care@maisonaero.com for a printable PDF sizing tool. When between sizes, size up, titanium does not flex.

Earrings
Studs and small hoops fit standard pierced ears. Larger hoops are sized by inner diameter, 12mm sits close, 16mm has presence, 22mm makes a statement.
