What We Do
Semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable interfaces, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alt text on imagery, focus indicators on interactive elements, and screen-reader-friendly product information. We conduct internal audits each quarter using axe DevTools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing (VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows).

Where We Are Still Working
Some product photography lacks fully descriptive alt text. We are working through the catalog to fix this. Some animations may be jarring for users with vestibular sensitivity, these are being given prefers-reduced-motion fallbacks.

Response Time
We respond to accessibility reports within 5 business days. For WCAG 2.1 AA–blocking issues where a fix is technically feasible, we commit to resolution within 30 days of confirmation.
