Orders & Pricing
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise displayed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly when a pricing error or stock issue is discovered after submission. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.

Price Adjustment
If a piece you purchased is marked down on our site within 10 days of your order date, email care@maisonaero.com and we will issue a one-time price adjustment credit for the difference. This does not apply to sitewide sales, limited-edition drops, or clearance events.

Product Representations
We work hard to photograph our pieces accurately. Anodized finishes, in particular, can read slightly differently across screens depending on lighting and color calibration. The difference between your screen and the piece in hand is rarely material, but if you are unhappy, our 30-day return policy applies.

Intellectual Property
All product designs, photography, copy, and the AERO mark are the property of MAISON AERO Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission. We pursue infringement aggressively.

Feedback You Send Us
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our products or the brand, you grant MAISON AERO a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without compensation. Any product, feature, or design element derived from your feedback is our sole property.

Prohibited Conduct
You may not use this site to scrape pricing or inventory, operate bots, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, resell our products outside authorised channels, misrepresent yourself, or harass our team. Violation may result in order cancellation, account termination, and legal action.

Electronic Communications
By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive transactional and customer-service communications from MAISON AERO electronically. Marketing communications are opt-in and can be revoked at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by replying STOP to any SMS.

Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable for cash. Promotional codes apply to full-price items only unless otherwise stated and cannot be combined with other offers. Limited-edition drops may be excluded from all promotions at our discretion and will be marked as such.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAISON AERO's total liability for any claim related to a product or these Terms is capped at the amount you paid for the specific piece giving rise to the claim, or two hundred US dollars ($200), whichever is greater. The lifetime structural guarantee is excluded from this cap and honored in full per its stated terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, pandemics, or acts of war. Shipping and repair timelines are paused for the duration of such events.

Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or any legal proceeding, the party raising the claim must send written notice to the other party (to legal@maisonaero.com in our case) describing the dispute and the requested resolution, and allow 60 days for good-faith negotiation. Most disputes resolve in this window.

Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration is Hong Kong. Proceedings are conducted in English before a single arbitrator unless the amount in controversy exceeds $100,000 USD, in which case three arbitrators sit. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This section does not prevent either party from pursuing small claims court relief where available.

Class Action Waiver
You and MAISON AERO agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity. Neither party may act as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is held unenforceable, the entire arbitration section is null and void, but the remainder of these Terms continues in effect.

Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions by emailing legal@maisonaero.com within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your order number. Opting out preserves all your other rights under these Terms and does not affect future purchases.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence grant non-waivable rights. Court proceedings not subject to arbitration will be brought in the courts of Hong Kong.

Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MAISON AERO regarding this site and supersede any prior agreements.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and where a change materially affects your rights we will attempt to notify registered customers by email. Continued use of the site after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
