01
What We Cover
Manufacturing defects, structural failure under normal wear, clasp or hinge failure, and any oxidation or corrosion of the titanium itself. If a piece fails structurally, we repair or replace it, your call.
02
What We Do Not Cover
Cosmetic wear from impact, intentional bending or modification, loss, theft, or damage caused by exposure to industrial chemicals or strong acids beyond pH 1–13. Anodized finishes can wear over time at high-friction points, this is not a defect, it is the nature of the surface oxide layer.
03
Third-Party Modifications
Any repair, resize, or modification performed by a non-MAISON AERO jeweler voids the structural guarantee for the affected piece. We do not charge for authorised work covered under this guarantee, there is no legitimate reason to use a third party. If a piece has been worked on externally, we will still offer paid repair where possible but the original guarantee lapses.
04
Transferability
The guarantee is tied to the piece, not the buyer. If you sell or gift a MAISON AERO piece, the guarantee transfers with it, provided the new owner presents the original order number or the certificate card that accompanied the purchase.
05
How to File a Claim
Email care@maisonaero.com with photos and your order number. We respond within one business day, issue a prepaid return label, and make a final determination within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the piece. Approved repairs are completed within 14 business days of receipt. Complex cases may extend to 21 business days, we will notify you at day 10 if that applies.
06
Out-of-Stock Replacements
If the original piece is discontinued or out of stock at the time of claim, you may elect store credit at the original purchase price or a substitution from the current catalogue of equal or lesser value. We do not downgrade replacements without your written consent.
07
Shipping for Claims
We cover return shipping to us for all valid claims. If a claim is denied after inspection, we cover return shipping back to you as well. You are never out of pocket for exercising the guarantee in good faith.
