Returns & Exchanges

Try it on. Live with it for a few days. If it does not earn its place on your skin, send it back. We make returns simple because we have nothing to hide. No restocking fees, ever.

30-Day Window

You may return any unworn piece in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Original condition means: no visible skin oils, no scratches beyond what normal packaging-handling would produce, all original packaging intact, and the certificate card present. If a returned piece arrives outside these parameters, we contact you within 2 business days, you may elect to pay return shipping to have the piece sent back, or we hold it for 14 days pending your decision.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are final sale: engraved or personalised pieces, custom-sized or shortened chains, made-to-order items, limited-edition drops marked "final sale" on the product page (typically fewer than 500 units), and bundled sets returned only in part, sets must be returned complete.

How to Return

Email care@maisonaero.com with your order number and reason for return. We issue a prepaid return label within one business day for domestic and major-market customers. International returns must originate from the country of original purchase, cross-border returns are not supported because of customs reconciliation.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. We do not charge restocking fees, and we do not deduct return shipping from your refund value.

Exchanges

For size or finish exchanges, return the original piece for a full refund and place a new order, this is the fastest way to get the right piece on your skin. If you request an exchange at the time of return, we will reserve current inventory of your desired size or finish for up to 10 business days while your return is in transit.

Gift Recipients

If you received a MAISON AERO piece as a gift and the order is attached to someone else's account, we will issue merchandise credit in your name valid for 24 months. A refund to the original payment method, if requested, can only be issued to the original purchaser, the recipient's identity is preserved in that case.

Damaged in Transit

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging before unboxing if possible and email care@maisonaero.com within 7 days of delivery. We replace damaged pieces free of charge and handle the carrier claim on our side. Do not dispose of the packaging until we confirm the claim is filed.
